The objective of a skills center is to provide individuals with the necessary training, education, and practical experience to acquire and develop specific skills that enhance their employability, personal development, and overall well-being. Skills centers are focused on bridging the gap between education and the workforce.

Azam Welfare Foundation established skills centers for women in Lahore district. The main objective is to empower women through different skills. Different skills introduced e.g. Tailoring, candle making and hand embroidery.
